What is the best pipe for a 250r for woods/mx?I've heard a lot good of things about sparks and lrd,but I want to know what is the best.Thanx

Lrd is adjustable, so its good for about everything I assume. I really like my Paul Turner T-6 pipe. FMF fattys are supposed to be good too.

rhino99 has it nailed LRD and Paul Turner are the best pipes you can get for what you want.
