Does anyone happen to know what exactly is involved in making a bike run on alky? Is is pretty much bigger jets for your carbs? I have a 421 kit in it. . any help would be appreciated.

 

every carb is different. They all are tuned and jetted differently according to how the carb is engineered.

Like a mikuni carb for example will need a larger dump tube, a power jet to help feed the motor on top end, different needle, a larger seat, and more air (larger bell intake). So for example, a 50cc gas banshee may run 34mm carbs while an alk 500cc banshee would run 38mm carbs.
