I have a complete Big Gun systeme, good performance, good sound but not good quality. My head pipe have crack(I have seen other, not just mine) and leak probleme between the front pipe and the muffler.
White brothers have a good quality pipe but very loud.
You should go to FMFRACING.COM they have a new powercore, good quality and less loud then the first one.
This would be my first choice.

Dont put alot of money into it because honda has something else hiding in the bushes!(maybe a 600ex ect.)

1991 Lt250r : P.S dont want a 400ex
Ceet seat cover,DG alloy front bumper,DG alloy rear grabar,DG alloy nerf bars ,Emgo bars,Pro design kill switch,Maier plastic(Looks awsome I put lots of cool stickers on it),Uni air filter,Shockwears,Parking brake block off,RTC clutch lever,Motion pro twist throttle(took a while to get used to!),Leager A arms ,Ohlins front shocks(got them with the quad the look kinda old),Homemade motor skid(from speed limit sign),Turf tammers on back,IPT hole shot up front,And probly other stuff to but I cant think of all of them rite now. Please go to www.screaminglt250r.homestead.com

Did you call Big Gun for a replacement? I have had excellent luck with mine. I also experiance the leak between the headpipe and the slip on, but after cleaning it out, and using the proper heat sealer, and letting it cure for a few days, the leak is gone, as is the black soot that used to pile up on the engine where the head pipe and the muffler met.
