im going to buying a new pipe within the next week and i was wondering which pipe will give me the most low end and midrange without sacrificing my top end. Also how should i jet my carb for either of these pipes. Thanx.

Now your going to get 100 different answers, but I think out of those two the HMF put out more of a HP curve overall. The Yoshi kind of has some dips in it's power curve.
I don't know if your interested or not, but the Pro-Circuit T-4 I put on my Z gave it a lot more torque and once I got it jetted right it didn't effect my top-end.

Me on the other hand would go with yoshi, I don't like HMF. Anything below $400 will not give you the performance of a high dollar price pipe.

switch to a HMF, you will not even notice a differnce, their two great pipes, the thing that seperates them is the price and where they make their power. The HMF hits hard in the Low-Mid rpm, the yoshi hits in the high RPM.
