i would not go with k&n because most of them are the metal ones that suck up too much dirt. i would personally go with uni...... much better

If you don't ride in the sand i'd go with the K&N.

With an outerwear on a k&n your should be good, the outerwear keeps most of the crud out and then you have a filter underneath that.

lose the lid, foam w/outerwear,rejet if necessary(stocks usually rich),you will like it! i ride in mud too, just stay out of deep water(2 ft. or more).water runs right past outerwear and through drain in airbox, really! k&ns absorb it!

First thing, what kind of bike? If you only ride in the mud, dust isn't much of an issue so a K&N might be OK. But, I imagine Georgia can get dusty now and then???

I ran K&N's for years, but recently went back to UNI foam just for some added peace of mind.

Rocky Mountain ATV will have either.

I like the Uni filters for wet conditions and a K&N for racing and duning.
