Buying a yfz 450 and I know I cant leave anything alone. So just tring to find out what pipe makes the most power for 450.

 

Dr.D (dubach)is the best slip-on for the YFZ, and the stock header is very good so no need to replace it.

Just found the best pipe (ATV SPORT MAG) Looney TOON Exaust 12 hp gains twin pipe. You should read this article. They take a single pipe and "Y" it makes big gains. Any one seen one or tried?

 

its good, but its really only good on the Raptor 660R, not on the YFZ, because of the Y-Pipe. on the rappy with 2 headers it makes more sense. go with the Dr.D

 

The magazine said it had the most gain between the raptor, and trx450. 12 hp on the yfz. They tested all three and said the yfz was the qiuckest by far. Have you seen this application on a yzf or know of anyone who has?

 

LTE makes you lose bottem end. Go with HMF or Sparks.
