I recently learned that all the switches everywhere around the throttle and carbs are for the TORS, that "kills" the engine when the throttle is wide open.
Can anyone tell me in what particular case this stuff went on.

 

i believe it is a safety feature to prevent a crash when the throttle sticks, when it sticks it will kick in, but alot of ppl get rid of the junk for looks and weight
