I just installed the Ultra Quiet QS1 Eco-System HMF pipe on my 2005 rincon and put a 160 main jet in the carb, it comes stock with a 152.
Now when i give it fool throtle on take of in bogs a little and also seems to do the same in the mud. My question is do i need to change the jet, install a K&N filter, or adjust the carb.

 

contact hmf ,tell them your elevation and set-up and see what they say.

 

Try dropping the needle by taking one of the flat washers out.
