My R1 i have stretched it out on the road by my house where its about 3/4 mile straight away and when i changed to six gear the speedometer read 212 mph and i let off and we checked it against a truck at 80mph and it was 22mph off so i was still going 190mph and i wasnt even wide open i dont want to go any faster! These types of bikes are fun but very dangerous!

Ok, well I dont doubt the power...but power doesnt necessarily change RPM, if redline is still 13500 (or whatever it was for your year) then all the power in the world wont change top speed, especially with that low of gearing ( stock was probably around 16/44 maybe?). Not saying it doesnt fly, but 190 seems like stretch.

You are right on the gearing the stock gears on a R1 is 16-44 my 15-56 is what i run in 300' you are right, that gearing would never run that fast even if i had 3000 HP, i run different gearing for 300-400' sand drags and 1/8 mile and 1/4 gears, for 1/8 mile i run 16-48 and 1/4 i run 16-40. But i keep the 15-56 on right now because 400' dirt drags is all i have been running. Thats why on my gearing i wrote 15-56. Sorry.
