Default Brute force 750 jetting

I am trying to jet right now on a 750 with a pipe, DG5, Dynojet kit, and K&N. So I have decided to listen to the motor and read plugs. Right now I am confused. I have a perfect color on the plug rim but the ceramic is too white. Has some little black specs under a magnifying glass and tiny aluminum *****. So one review somewhere says DO not read the insulator with jetting in mind. That thats old tech. According to them I have predetonation. Another says its too lean and can cause predetonation. So I don't know if the DG5 is causing it or mixture. I am stumped because the rim is good color. Also I have the new iridium plugs and wonder if they are too hot causing predet? Seems its jetting but not sure which jetting. It seems to taper off after 1/3 throttle so maybe mains. When I let off the throttle too is has some sputter. So tonight I am going to try going from 2 turns to 2 1/2 on mixture and up one size in Mains. Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks
