How much will it run to powder coat a frame? etc...

Usually it rund from 125$ to 200$ depending on where you live. I livein Texas and had it done for 150$. That was the minimum cost, so it should have been less. Whats with your nick? boxcar4?

$250 for the frame, swingarm, and a-arms.

I had a dark blue base with a blue glitter clear coat put on.

I was watching trucks today on tnn and they showed a powdercoating setup you could buy for 600 bucks. It comes with the powdercoating stuff and a UV light to cure it.

Have you got anymore info on the Powdercoating setup on TNN? I would like to see what that is all about.

All I know is what i wrote, I even forget who makes it. I kinda wanna know more about it too. Maybe does TNN or Trucks have a web site?

Eastwood sells a kit but it cures using a oven i think..they may have a new kitout that uses UV.
