Default which head pipe for my 400ex

i have a predicament... im not worried about the cost difference in the two pipes im interested. i was considering either the FMF hi flo header, or the FMF power bomb header. i ride on trails and roads mostly im in the low-mid rpm range so im not worried about top end power. the cost difference is roughly 40$. i already have a slip on megamax exhaust with a K&N filter. i run discs and the spark arrestor. just looking for more all around power. give me some suggestions please!!!

For low to mid range the stock headers are the best. All aftermarket full systems have larger header pipes than stock and will loose power bottom to mid range. Full systems are mainly beneficial with motor mods like big bore, cam, and carb work and then mainly beneficial in upper rpms.
