banshee coolant creating pressure??
#3
the resivor shouldnt be pressureized, im thinking there is a small hole in the center of the plug, make sure it isnt plugged up.
if u over filled the res. and it becomes completely filled with coolant as the engine warms up it may be able to pop the plug out.
third, a litle less likely, is your system holding pressure? may just be the rad. cap
what do u mean by 'the hoses are extremely tightly packed'?

yes ohton my transfers are built up. i believe it could be a bad oring in the head creating pressure in the colling jackets...i am pulling the head off tomorrow to make sure, everything else is mint, hoses are not plugged, the fluid level is right, theimpeller is working...
