I am looking to buy a 1988 or 1989 yamaha warrior... Without knowing anything about it is there any common problems as to why the atv wont start.. the electric start cranks and cranks but the bike wont fire over..Like i said I am looking to buy it for a project, and dont know much about it as of now. I do not know about the compression, Or if it is even getting fuel correctly, or if there is spark. I am simply asking if this is a common problem. Thanks in advance.

 

No common problems they are a good reliable machine. What you already stated is a good place to start.
