if you are trying to remove tha dinge, block off one end of the pipe with a good plug, attach a air hose to the other end, heat the dinged area with a large torch till it is red and the apply air pressure to the pipe. be careful not to blow out the plug and do not overheat the pipe. i have fixed pipes likes for years.

what do you use for a plug?
about how much pressure do you use?
what do you do to plug the end with the air hose?
has this ever wrecked a pipe?
thank you

i use a rubber plug with a bolt throught it so i can expland the plug by tightening the bolt/nut. i use the same thing on the air hose end with a quick connect fitting. start out with 10 psi and increase it as you need to. if the pipe is creased this will not work.

Hello You might want to have a look at a boat plug also...they are rubber and have a bolt through the middle also...they come in a few different sizes as well.....
