Default Raptor Power Question

Would a port and polish with a stage two hot cam give around the same amount of power as a 686 kit with no port and polish? Have a pipe and a hi comp wiesco piston already. Also how big of a difference does sproket size make?
Thanks for the help

Installing a 686 piston is not a great performance increase.

A stage 2 cam and porting will give you more performance than the 686 piston.
