mods for a 250x?
#2
Flyboy, first I would suggest a pipe, FMF or White Bros. or Supertrapp or whatever, they're all about the same. Don't forget a better air filter and air box mods if water and mud aren't around. Then if you want more go w/ a high compression piston and cam. After that are big bore kits. I say don't do much w/out suspension mods though. Works make relatively inexpensive shocks for a 250x. Get some holeshot tires they are very good at traction and sliding both. If you want any more ideas you can e-mail me.

I would suggest either drilling about 6 holes in the airbox if water and mud aren't in your riding conditions. Otherwise you could get a Powroll/Motoforce air box lid. As far as filters get a foam one like a Uni or Twin Air. K&N's are for sand mainly.
