Default Blaster Performance Jetting; Any jetting experts around?

Hey guys and gals, I hope you're all doing well today. I'm going to be heading out to Ocotillo for my first trip of the season on the 29th and I'm pretty sure I need to tweak my quads jetting a bit. I have the following Mods Installed already on my 2005 Yamaha Blaster....

Converted over to Premix
K&N Air Filter (Who doesn't after all?)
FMF Fatty Pipe and Silencer
V-Force Delta 3 Reed Cage
A 3/4 inch Reed Spacer (Which may or may not actually do anything)
And though it shouldn't in any way affect what my jetting needs I have a 12 tooth front sprocket.
I have a Vito's Big bore Kit on the way, but won't be here till October, and it comes with it's own jetting kit anyway.

So FAR the ONLY jetting I have done is adjust my Idle Air Screw and put a 280 Main Jet in to make sure it doesn't starve for fuel at the top end. But I'm SURE I should be doing something else here to really perfect my jetting. Just not sure what. Most of my riding is Ocotillo and Glamis so, 0-1000 Feet above sea level mostly. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Have you pulled a blug on it and see what it looks like? A blaster plug only takes a few seconds to pull. Maybe post a pic of it on here and I'll give an opinion. If you haven't jetted after all those mods you're probably running dangerously lean.

And its not all that accurate to go off of actual altittude, even though Glamis might be 600ft above sea level or whatever, the CORRECTED alltitude might be somewhere in the 4000's? All depends on temperature and humidity
