Default Need Nitrous input for fuel injected ATV

Hello all, this is my first post, my name is Tony.

I am currently researching availability of nitrous products for a fuel injected ATV
I have a Raptor 700, and have done nitrous on cars, and figured this would be my best route for cheap horsepower.
I have done nitrous on V8's before, and understand all the risk.
But has anyone ever been involved in setting up nitrous on a single cylinder fuel injected quad?

Should it be a wet or dry system? And what programmer would be the best to help? I currently have a Trinity programmer, but would like to know if it's sufficient.

Any info on how to, or any kits already available would be great. I would more than likely run a low fuel kill switch for safety. WOuld the factory injector be ok?

Thanks again,
Tony

i dont think the trinity whould be enough, i think you whould need a power commander 3. and as far as a system go to www.raptorforum.com there is a guy on there who runs a 25hp wet shot he might be able to help you out a lot.

Just run a wet kit and be safe and do it right.

o2-technology talk to Ricky for tech data. He set me up with a wet kit 4 jets from 10hp to 25hp and a 5 pound bottle for $465 that did not include the $20 fuel pump which I had locally. It was actually pretty easy to custom install the kit in my throttle body. The beauty of the wet kit is you dont have to mess with the efi at all. Its self contained and much safer as the starting jets will be pretty close.
Before you get into nitrous make sure you can get your bottle filled near you or invest in your own filling station.
Get a wrist pin that can handle the insane torque and retard your timing about 5 degrees.

My Cannondale 470 went from 52 hp to breaking 70 in about 3 seconds. The video is posted on Cannondaleriders. Talk about instant redline!!!!

Next goal is 80hp

And I wouldnt recomend using nitrous on and engine you really care about or if its your only quad. You tend to keep boosting the power till you find the weak parts..LOL
