Just installed a RCR performance kit in my Polaris Xplorer 250 and the pipe is so big that the plastic rides on it at a few spots. Any ideas how keep the plastic from melting?

Thanks,
Java

Use exhaust tape. You can buy it at your local auto parts store. Stick it on the part that is going to burn. It reflects the heat. Good luck.
