what is a good number and patter to install ice screws in the tires of my raptor?

playing, but ive got a fairly large pond thats frozen over that i have built an oval track on

also depends if you want total traction or just enough to get you going ,I've used just plain sheet metel screws ,50 on the rear and 25 on the front ,more serious racers use like a 100 per tire

i've got a few more than that in, around 200 to 250 in the rears. is it possible to have too many?

im looking for as much traction as possible

do you have ice screws or sheet metal ?and there can be a point of to many if you are driving on other things besides ice ,the angle of the slot in the screw head can affect traction also .

they are pro gold ice screws, except for driving down my driveway to get to the ice, ice is all i ride on

it just seems that as i put more in, it helped to a point and then as i put more screws in i started to slide more and more

I know that yo have to look at which way the slots are sitting ,and if they get any rounding going down your drive then that will take some of the edge off
