You almost certainly will need to rejet when you enhance the air flow to your engine and only your engine can tell you how much you need to increase your main jet. It tells you that by means of a test ride/plug read, so pick up a couple of main jets in the next two sizes fatter than what you now run. When your pipe arrives, install the fatter of the two & test ride.
