2003 raptor 80 needs 4th gear

2003 raptor 80 needs 4th gear
I understand that I can swap the shift shaft in our 2003 Raptor 80 to a Moto 4 shift shaft and add a fourth pinion gear...has anyone done this and how dificult is it to do ?
