How do you get an accurate coolant temp reading? I want to know how hot my Banshee is running. Is there some sort of guage you can mount in the hose or radiator or something?

there really is not a need to run a water temp. guage unless you are riding a sick nitro burning hill shooter, one way you can check it though is right after some hard riding or a race, you can use an infra-red heat gun to check the temp. Also, one way to make it run cooler is dump your antifreeze mixture and run a fluid called Redline Water Wetter, that makes my 250R run 6 deg. cooler acording to my temp gun. The cooler they run, the horsepower! Good luck!

I want to know how you would prove that one of those in-line coolers is really reducing the temp by "x" degrees as they say. Theres got to be some way of finding the temp without using a gun.
