Has anyone ever rode an LRD mx package (port,pipe,carb,ect.) If so how was the power band smooth, tourqie or peaky. I am iterested because I should get my cylinder back in a couple of weeks and have never riden an LRD machine.

 

I have an LRD motor. In 1992 I got the Gary Denton national package that LRD was offering then. I went from totally stock to a full on national motor. It definetley took some getting used to. It was .20 over. It had awesome power, and very snappy. I still have the motor to this day, just not using it at the moment.

It took me to 3rd in the state that year, and I missed half the points races!
