If it has a carburetor, you can do quite a lot: Race cam, timing advance key, K&N air filter, gut the muffler, and tune the carburetor. You might like a Dynojet Stage 1 kit, though I only use the adjustable needle. As far as further carb tuning, I got an AEM wideband, then was able to get the E- clip on the needle perfect, and was able to go a few sizes bigger main jet. Once I got A/F around 12.5/1 , wow, what a difference. My2001 Arctic Cat went from 52 mph on 25" tires to 64 mph (gps) on 30" tires! If you have EFI, you'll need a tuner. If you do a timing advance key, you'll need premium gas.

Your 360 may not be a speed demon but take them on pulling weight...your Praire will blow them out of the water !

I'm sure you can gain a little power but as kymco450 said it was never meant to be fast. A clutch kit would help a lot I bet. Won't make it any faster but should be quicker.

I have a neighbor who has one and loves it! When I got to the top of the steepest, scariest trail, he was sitting on a rock with his wife, drinking a cup of coffee! His wife rode on the back, sitting on the rack, no 2 up seat, just bony, hard rack. I spoke with them a few minutes and left on my AC Diesel, next thing, they went blasting by me like a rocket, yikes.
