Awsome board !

Before I buy pipes for my new Banshee I would like to see what everyone uses. I would like pipes that show a peformance gain throughout the entire powerband, I'm leaning towards Chrome Toomey T5's, How are they ? Are they more of a top end pipe ?

Thanks in advance
Joe

Well, first of all there is no such thing as a pipe that gives a performance gain throughout the powerband. A pipe is really a tuned pipe. The design and length, etc of the pipe determines the RPM range in which it is tuned for. That being said, I have the Toomeys and lost very little on the low end (don't even notice it really) and gained a lot on the top end. They also sound really great I think. You can help your low end with gearing, reeds and 2-into-1 carb.

i have t5s but they arent tuned in right yet. i can tell you how they work possibly tomorrow and likely the middle of the week.

but so far they sound pretty cool, they are loud.

Buy the CPI inframe pipes...No other pipe looks or performs as well!!
I can't tell you how many people have been blown away at the way these pipes look.

i got the quad running good.

the t5s really make it rip.

pulls the front end up quite a lot more, and i notice how much more i can get out of each gear because the pipes dont sign off power so fast like the stock ones.

i really like them and i like how i can hold gears longer and pull them harder.

i would say get these or some other kind of top end pipe if you want to go fast.

if you have the money i would also recommend the cpi's , but i dont know how well they would be on the trail.

CPI pipes are available at A&S Racing... they are the best pipes i have ever run on a banshee. Check out A&S's website... www.bansheeracing.com
