I want to build SOMETHING. I was thinking of buying a crashed or really cheap polaris 250 or something and making something out of it , it doesnt need to be fast or able to jump or anything i just want something to cruise around in , i was thinking something like a mini pickup type thing two bucket seats , and the motor out back with really small tires like hoosier 16inch tires, or smaller. or I was thinking of piossibly a lifted golf cart type thing but with a home made chassis big tires and off road capibilities . what do ya think i should do ??

Here is what i was wanting to do, dont know if it has any relevence to your plan, but I have an old snowmobile engine that still runs strong (440) but i just about totalled the old beat up machine this winter. I decided if I could find an old golf cart for cheep, I would like to drop it in there, try and make the machine street legal, and have one fun machine to ride around in. I could go about 65 mph on snow, i think with wheels we are talking less resistance, maybe 80 mph? I dont know, thats getting pretty scary on something as unstable as a golf cart.

Ive been trying to find the body of a golf cart, i was looking in the free-200 dollar range, but the closest ive found was 900. Doesnt anyone have any junk they dont use anymore? ? ? ? I guess not, ohwell, I will just wait till one falls in my lap, im not into making this a 2 grand project.

Just some ideas for ya
