vibration question

Does anyone know how to keep vibration down when putting a 2-stroke motocross engine in a quad frame?? Any ideas are appreciated,Thanks

A few suggestions would be to use Bar Inserts *you can buy these at www.hipersports.com *, rubber inserts in your engine mount, use some rubber mounts for your bars, and use some soft compound grips, these should all help out quite considerably... and if you can get ahold of one, a IdahoATV/Pro Performance ANti Vibe Steering Stem - that will definately help.

For a pipe I will have to modify the plastic a little because I think the pipe would rub on it near the tank. I'll use the factory pipe as a tester. Maybe I'll have to have the pipe modded. Not sure yet.

A stock pipe won't fit, a CR cylinder is much farther forward on the cases, when compared to a TRX engine (CR's don't have a counterbalancer, so the CR cylinder is moved that much farther forward)
