Well Mike, I will tell you my thouhgts on the subject.
I am consireing the big gun pipe, full kit. At GT thunder they did an exhaust shoot out on a 400ex and high HP numbers they claim will give you an advantage in a drag race, but might leave you dissapointed at the track. High torque is suposed to give you an advantage on the track, and give you that pulling feel of acceleration.
But too much torque makes the whole powerband go up and to the left, and drops off to soon.
I guess if you do alot of woods rideing torque would be better, WOT doing 60 mph around trees isn't going to happen, and something like flattrack or fireroads higher HP would be a good thing.

i have herd all this talk about exhaust systems and i didnt hear anything about fmf any reason why???
