Which exhaust system is the best?

I own a 2000 400EX, and I would like to know your opinion on an exhaust system. I have looked at the FMF MegaMax II, White Brothers E-Series, Big Gun, and Pro Circuit systems. I would like a system that gives a descent power increase, at a reasonable price. Noise is a factor. I would rather not have a system that would increase the sound db by a large amount. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
