Ok, here's a different one: Midwest Action Cycle.
I've ordered from them for years, good service, good prices, until now...
I recently ordered some items, not big dollar stuff, but I got overcharged, like DOUBLE the RETAIL on two items. No big deal, called them, talked to a nice guy, promised to take care of it. 3 calls, three nice guys and 1 month later, no refund. I check my credit card daily online, so I know thre hasn't been one. To top it off, the last time I was promised a refund, the refund was based on me paying ABOVE RETAIL prices for the items!
I can go to Honda/Yamaha of Troy and get the items RIGHT NOW if I wanted to pay retail (leave alone above retail), and they're nice guys also, so what is there to gain by ordering from Midwest Action Cycle, if the first time they make a mistake on your order, they're unwilling/unable to correct it? and charge you more than the local Honda shop?
Enough said

I had a bad experience with Rocky mountain ATV. There service was fine but when i asked how they ship they told me they would mail it out. It should up at the door a week later by UPS and cost me an aditional $66. It probably ended up costing me more through these guys than my local dealer. If you live in Canada do not order through them. If it was mailed like they said it would of cost me about $15.

Graydon Proline.

A couple weeks ago, I called them and asked for a set of nerf bars for my Banshee. I needed them for a race on the following sunday. I asked the guy if they had them in stock. He said yep. I said "Are you sure? I absolutely need them by next week" And he said it would be no problem. Well, I called back the following wednesday, because they hadn't showed up yet. They said they were out of stock and they were on back order. So basically, they told me they had them in stock, so I would not order AC or DG from somewhere else that did have them in stock.
I have ordered two other times from them, and both times they lied about having the stuff in stock. It took several weeks to get the stuff. That didn't matter because I didn't need it by a certain time. This time, it did matter. Heck, the guy even offered me a discount on the nerfs because I mentioned my previous problems. I got really pissed off, and cancelled the order. Well, I am not falling for their BS again. My neighbor has some Graydon Nerfs, and I was impressed with the quality. I don't know yet if I will get Graydon. I suppose I better get on the stick and order them now for the next "emergency" I sure won't be trusting them to deliver on time.

I ended up modifying my 400EX DG nerfs to fit on the Banshee so I could at least race.

I have never had a problem with recreation unlimited, however team factory racing was pretty slow, i would still do business with them again.
