i need help on the amp link for the banshee

i want to know if the amp link for the banshee really works for raceing and trail rideing or is it just a waste of money

I have commented on this before...if you do a search...

But in a nut shell....The product works as described..(better chain angle/more power to the ground).... But in my case for the banshee, it was burning bearings way too often for my preference.
The link itself has 4 bearings total to maintain...every 3 rides or even less (maybe 10-15 hours) I would have to change the bearings. I was adjusting the chain as normal..and the link was alligned properly.
I did not even mind the work involved in changing the bearings. It just got too costly to keep up with it.
I have an AMP link on a blaster, and have no problems with it at all. Maybe the banshee just spins too fast (high revs) for the quality of bearings that ship with the link. Another person from this forum offered to buy whats left of mine...I just feel funny selling it...cause if he has the luck I did....he will not be happy with it.
But...to make a long story....short...I am back to the stock rollers. I did not see any of the people from district 3, NY using them on the race bikes either.
