Would a K&N power kit give significant power to my Kodiak.

You well notive some power gains. I recommend a K&N power kit,Dynojet Kit and aftermarket pipe. Thats a 5 to 6 HP gain. That does not seem like alot but you only have about 20. 25% power gain!

i agree don't waste your money if your not planning to jet the carb or put a pipe on too both would be the ideal setup but just the filter alone you'll be lucky if it's even noticeable
