Can parts intended for the scrambler 400 be used on an Explorer 400?
If so, which mods give the most bang for the buck?
I will get a KN air filter, that is a standard item I put in all my motor driven toys.
I was wondering more about pipes and engine work.

I have both 98 expl and 99 scr. I bought a kit for both. low to mid range pipe. UNI filter clutch spring and jets. Price for the expl was $310 shipping incoulded. From RCR. The stock pipes will not swap. I think the rear shock will but I dont think the fornts will. There is after market front adjustable spring out there for $160. Its a lot faster and sounds better. My next step is to try a Delta Fource reed vavle. I put a stock white spring in the clutch when it was stock and it made it quicker for $20
