Ok thanks to everyone who has given me advice I've decided to have the heads ported and keep my stock carbs. I bought a kit from NACS Racing that eliminates the TORS but it has no instructions to speak of. What do I do with the switches/electrical? Any other advice before I start drilling and tapping? Thanks ahead of time!

Checkout the toomey website. http://www.toomey.com
Goto the catalog section and click on either of the throttle kits that they sell. I think this will help you out. Good luck.
