I ran my 2002 Foreman into some water about headlight deep last weekend. Are any preventitive checks recommended? It still runs fine, but I don't want to be trying to mix oil and water. I don't know how well Honda seals the different components like crankcase, & bearing/seals against water.

If your oil looks milky there's water in it. Change it immeadiatly & cange it again after a few min of riding. Repete till oil has no milky color to it
