Varnished fuel problem
#1
I had to let our quads sit for 2 years because medical problems and I did not get the chance to drain the fuel in them. They were stored inside of a trailer. I think I know the answer to this one but I need an experts opinion. Am I SOL and have to buy new carbs or do I take a chance and put fresh fuel with Gumout in them and new plugs and try to start them?
Thank You in advance for all of your advice.

New Carbs?
Just completely disassemble them and use a good carb cleaner along with compressed air to make sure ALL air passages are clean.
Flush the tank and all lines with fresh fuel.
I wouldn't use Gumout or any other fuel addative for that matter. Not that it will hurt anything, but it certainly won't run it's best.
Just my $.02
