I don't currently own a Raptor but as far as pipes go I would have to say the Trinity racing pipe is awesome in both appearance and sound. I will be putting one on my Z400 soon.

Since no one has tried all the pipes, the best pipe is just a guess.

I think my Sparks X6 is a very good pipe. It's well made frome high quality materials, looks great, sounds killer (it has a great roar) & when I put it on & tried it out My A$$ dyno said WOW!!!! It has awsome power gains!

The people at Sparks know their stuff & are easy to work with. They answered all my emails & returned all my calls. They even said if I didn't like the pipe I could send it back.

You can see what the complete Sparks X6 with stainless head pipe & spark arrestor looks like on my Raptor on the Sparks Racing Web Site. Go to the Raptor page click exhaust scroll to the bottom of the page & click the pic of my Raptor at Little Sahara to get a full size pic. There is also a pic of Herbdons Raptor on the engine page.

Is it the best pipe? I don't know for sure but I can say it's one of the best!

Enjoy your new Raptor & ride safe!!

there actually was a shootout in Feb. edition of Dirt wheels, and there it looks like it would be Yoshi, but then you read in the next mag, something different,i currently have a yoshi on my 300 and our 400ex,and I was very pleased with, until I saw it only makes 1 hp difference, but that was with any pipe they listed for the Honda.ZOOKYRIDER~~ how much for the pipe at trinity? Are they good at getting product mailed in a reasonalbe amt. of time? The price of the pipe is 499.00 and the spark arrestor/hush kit is 57.95. Harry's website is www.Trinityracing.com and he has returned all emails and answered every question I have ever asked or sent him. I haven't ordered my pipe yet but I would assume he ships quick if it's in stock. Go to the Yamaha forum and ask 14 minutes about his Trinity Pipe or check out the forum on the Aledo deal they just had.

I have a Pro Cuircut on my Raptor and I LOVE it.Made throttle response a little faster, good power gain and a awesome look (I feel). As for Trinity I have known Harry for years and he's great. He's helped me and my dad ALOT over the years. When we lived in California (almost next door to Trinity)Harry did all of our motor work. He knows how to make everything work together and get the peak power out of any bike.I bought my bike with the Pro Cuircut already on it and am very happy with it,but if it ever fails I WILL go with Harry's pipe.I just ordered a set of T.C.S. longtravel shocks from Harry and got them 3 days after he shipped em.I live in Tennessee now so I thought that was a good turn around.Harry does excellent work,if he can't figure something out he doesn't just forget it,he keeps working on it till it is perfected.Tell Harry that Steve Heinze sent ya

Thats good to hear.. I will be getting our daughter a pipe for the Kasea,he was reccommened to us before, and the Kasea doesnt have much for pipes,But I guess his pipe for it rocks!!! I did read in the shootout though, the Yoshi had the best "even flow" right from the get go.Has anyone read this article in Dirt Wheels? It was the Feb. edition.I believe more in personal experience.. more than the mags, they vary so much..ill check it out with trinity and the Yoshi
