Toomey or FMF!!!!!!!
#2
FMF has several pipes (www.fmfracing.com), which allow you to tune for your particular preference (low end, all around, or high end). Back when we had a Blaster, it had the all around one, and the increase over stock was dramatic!!

All FMF pipes suck, go with the Toomey. I have ran FMF on Banshees, dirtbikes, ATC250r and others, the only pipes I hate worse are DG. Toomey doesn't offer a pipe for every bike, just the ones that they can make run better than their competetors. They take other pipes and make their pipes pull more power then them. Their pipe is the newest available for the blaster.

My ATC250R had the FMF pipe on it when I bought it. FMF and DG are the only companies that mass produce pipes for the ATC, and I previously owned an ATC with a DG and I must say the FMF did outperform it. I then bought a CR250 with FMF. I traded the CR for a 95 CR250 and promptly bought a new FMF for it. After being smoked by a KX with a pro-circuit pipe numerous times, I opted for a PC pipe. There was a huge difference.
When I bought my first banshee, it came with the FMF fattys. Soon after, I bought my second banshee that had PC's. The PC equipped banshee would walk all over the FMF's, both were properly jetted and had the same mods/gearing.
I am not the only one that has experienced this. Many friends have had FMFs and found that other pipes make more power.
I have owned 3 or 4 DG pipes and I must say they make a great banshee pipe, but I haven't liked any of their other ones.
