Need more details on what you are trying to do. I can tell you that the stock stator can barely run the stock headlights and tail-light. You can't run anymore than that without upgrading your stator. Ricky Stator is the most popular source for aftermarket stators. http://www.rickystator.com/

John, you WILL need a high output stator to run additional lights... Some people have implemented battery systems ontheir banshees too, BTW. A Battery can keep the lights bright even when at idle but of course they take their power from the stator and the stock stator can barely run the lights as it is.

If you get the high output stator, you would connect the new lights in parallel with the stock lights... Be careful though as the extra load may be too much for the stock light switch and it may burn up - you may need to to a higher rated swith for the extra lights or ad a seperate switch for the handlebar lights.

I am street legal in Wyoming - it is super easy here but most states are EXTREMELY difficult to be street legal... I recommend you do a search onthe subject "street legal" , you will find a lot of posts.
