getting closer to the t-6 toomeys spose to be out pretty quick they should be awesome
the other good drag pipes are cpi from what i have herd

dmc all the way our dmc banshee with clampons and cool head jetted with me on it consistantly beat a bike with toomeys cool head clampons by about 3-5 bike leghnths in the 300



i weigh 160 he weighed 155

 

Look into the Paul Turner pipes, There is one guy at my local track that run's them and he is the fastest of the Shees out there.

 

Definately Toomeys,wait for the T6's no other pipe manufacturer does more RD work and testing than Toomey.I have been to there shop for a tour,everything first class.

 

Hey thanks for all your thought and opioions. I am doing dune riding and racing up hills and stuff, but i went ahead and got the Toomey T-5's, i ordered them and they should be here any day now, then i'll get them on and get it jetted. I'm still somewhat new to the shee so pipes will give me all the power i need for right now, thanks again for everyones replies.

 

First of all, all top-end pipes from Toomey, FMF, Pro Circuit and probably DMC are going to be very close in performance. None is going to "kill" or "blow away" the other. I would pick a pipe that has a sound you like, comes from a reputable company with good customer service, and is well made.

That's the reason I chose toomey. Top-notch customer service, high quality construction, has the advantage of being able to add hush kit with or without spark arrestor for areas that need it PLUS they have a generous upgrade program to the next pipe (T-6) that comes out.

Since they all perform about the same get the pipe that has the "extras" like the Toomeys.
