what is a quick way i can gain some hp. i dont really want to go porting yet..i already have a shaved head, v force reeds, lightened flywheel, and advanced timing. Is there anything else i can do besides porting

 

well, you could get a 5mm spacer plate to go under the cylinder, and then run wiseco's +5mm crank. Or you could get a bigger set of cylinders, or overbore the ones you have. sounds to me like you have to go inside the motor whatever you do to get more power. Porting would be the easiest and probably least expensive way to go...
