I was wondering if anyone knew of how much of a gain this will give my 03' Raptor with a Racing Cam... any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I'd also bore it, dont just drop in a stock size piston. You're going into the motor anyhow get the 102mm piston.

 

I like my mods.......I haven't been beaten yet......and it is REAL strong!

and best of all it runs on pump gas!

 

Air - Maybe that combo is only good for 50 HP if someone screws up your porting and removes too much material from the combustion chamber. BWAHAHAHA:-) I'm expecting 60 HP or better out of the 686 (102mm) 12:1 JE, Hotcams Stage 2, Kibblewhite springs, and Craycraft porting.

Chubby - You'll have to change your jetting to run with the rest of the mods in your list.
