ok i am gonna go look at a 250x tomarrow i am gonna bye it if it isnt junk it has a factory honda rebuilt top end with 15 hours on it and comes with a used 370 jug i want to know who makes it and if anyone has heard about it if it is a good kit etc etc i will be selling it but i already have a buyer so dont ask also what kinda money do they cost new???

any 250x tips??

Man they havn't made HONDA 250X's since 1992.The 300EX is the same thing except with electric start and 50 more cc.I've heard of that kit before,but I don't know who makes it.

well i bought the quad i love it needs a little work but i got the quad for 1k cheaper than the the asking price and it is ported carb etc nice stuff on it

Is the cylinder bored to 86mm? If so, it's probably a FST kit. Or, it could be a Powroll 406cc bore and stroke kit.

BTW, 86HONDA, the 300EX is only 38cc bigger than the 250X. Honda just stroked the engine. The bore size is exactly the same as the 250X.
A stock 250X is actually a little faster than a stock 300EX because of the additional weight of the 300EX, and the milder camshaft.

well the 370 kit is not on it.
it is not a stroker but all bore so fst makes a 370 kit?? thanks
