Yesterday I finally resolved a long standing issue with my 2005 800 Sportsman, the fuel pressure regulator. As I was riding it, it felt like the bike was bogging down as I hit the throttle. It did this for about 5 minutes, until I turned around and all of a sudden it felt like the quad of old. (Happy face) As I continued to hammer the throttle, I started noticing smoke coming from the front of the machine. As I examined what the problem was, I noticed there was oil all over the exhaust. I took the air box cover off, and noticed oil in there. What the HELL is this????????
