I checked for codes. None. Any thoughts about that?

They wont always throw codes on a wiring short if it is one! I changed plenty of T bap harness kits that never flashed any codes. Just check for any obvious wiring bare spots in the wiring going into the efi sensors, plus check for any bare wires ubnderneath on the crtank sensor harness and connector. Wire can also break internally and you can feel a soft spot usually. Just check the "sticky" section on efi sensor wiring problems. OPT

Thanks for the quick reply. I've got out of state visitors that are going to be here in a couple of weeks and I want to make sure its going to be able to lead them around on a couple of tours without stranding us in the middle of nowhere.
