Ok, so I figured it out finally. The speedometer is shot, and not letting the -12v go through it. I came to the conclusion that it had to be the problem and then remembered I have an exact same machine in the back of my truck so I swapped the speedos and sure enough it worked fine. So onto the internets to see how much a new one is and I must LOL.. More polaris being proud of their parts. Anyhow, thanks again OPT. You should really get paid for this.

 

Kinda figured it was this when you said the awd worked when you jumped the speedo brown/white wire. You can have awd,but in most case loose speedo function. Stupid engineering that the awd is even related to the speedo. $261 at Cycle Parts Warehouse,don't know if any other place is any cheaper.
