The kick start now works, since I took it apart and cleaned it, too.

 

Sometimes it's just the simple things like the belt. Belt dust was also a major problem on the kick starter gears sticking. Glad you got it fixed..

 

Yep, that's exactly what was wrong with the kick start.

I got a good LOL today. Got an email a little while ago from PartsZilla, telling me my order had shipped and gave me tracking #'s.

That's my order that arrived LAST Friday. And they listed the date of the order at June 25, when in fact it was June 16.

That's the first communication they've sent me since I made the order.

I got the parts, yes...eventually. Just an FYI about my experience with them for anyone contemplating an order. Might take awhile.

 

For future parts check out either Cycle Parts Warehouse or Cheap Cycle Parts. The two times I used CPW, got each order in three days. PartsZilla sounds like what we had to go through when we ordered from Polaris direct at the shop..
