Default Valved Adjusted, Ticking Noise louder

I've checked the valves and adjusted it. Its at .15 mm clearance. The ticking noise is a TINY bit quieter. What did i do wrong? The fourwheeler runs great, no bogging or unusual stuff, except for the high idle at times. (Which i will fix later on)

TITLE IS WRONG. IT'S BIT QUIETER

If this is the same motor that you said earlier that the piston seized up,could be piston noise you're hearing? Also could be loose/worn cam chain, plus if you took the tensionser out and didn't reset it,could be not enough tension on the cam chain??

I will need to check the cam. What's the best way to check the cam chain without taking anything unnecessary apart?

Pull the rectangle side plate on the cylinder. You can reach in and feel if the chain is tight or loose.

Ok, it's not the cam chain. IT's very tight. I think i might check the piston or just sell it to this guy for 2200
